1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ventout platform ("Service"), provided by Emaginationz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. IMPORTANT: Not for Emergencies

Ventout is NOT a suicide helpline or an emergency service. If you or someone you know is feeling suicidal, thinking about self-harm, or is in immediate danger, please call your local emergency number (e.g., 112 or 100 in India) or go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

3. Services Provided

Ventout connects users with licensed psychologists, counselors, and therapists ("Consultants") for mental health support. While we vet our Consultants, the professional relationship is established directly between the User and the Consultant.

The advice provided by Consultants does not constitute a medical diagnosis or prescription unless explicitly stated by a psychiatrist within the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Be respectful to Consultants and staff. Abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if under 18.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments are subject to Consultant availability.
• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session, the session fee is forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ventout acts as a technology platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service or the conduct of any Consultant. The Consultants are independent professionals, and Ventout is not responsible for their medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos (including the Ventout logo), and graphics on this website are the property of Emaginationz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
